• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your account where ab555 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond ab555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the ab555 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

ab555's total cumulative liability to any player, under any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ab555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ab555.

Where an account is closed due to a player breach, ab555 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab555 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
